Toronto Waterproofing & Foundation Repairs works on residential foundations across Toronto and the surrounding communities. Our work sits below grade and at the exterior of the home: waterproofing, drainage, excavation, foundation repair, underpinning and masonry restoration.
That focus matters. Diagnosing water intrusion in a century-old rubble stone wall is a different problem from sealing a shrinkage crack in a modern poured foundation, and the repairs are not interchangeable.
